Product Features:

Compared with ordinary elastomers, it does not produce powder, wax, or oil, and the screw does not slip during the production process. It is suitable for processing techniques such as extrusion, injection molding, and casting, with minimal impact on subsequent processing. The nozzle and crushed materials can be reused.
SilibaseMB-TPE7950 Silicone Masterbatch is a highly concentrated masterbatch of polymer alloy material that uses dynamic vulcanization crosslinking technology to uniformly disperse silicone rubber particles in TPE material, forming a stable sea island phase structure.
Customers only need to dilute and modify the high concentration masterbatch according to market demand to obtain the ideal silicone rubber alloy material.
Usage Method:
1. Mix this product with TPE in a certain proportion and extrude it evenly before use.
2. Mix this product with TPE in a certain proportion and use it directly.
3. Drying method: 90 ℃ -100 ℃, dry for 4 hours.
4. Processing temperature: 230 ± 5 ℃
5. This product contains a large amount of silicone rubber, and if printing subsequent products, suitable ink should be selected.
Packaging and Storage:
*Paper plastic bag lined with PE bag packaging, 25KG bag.
*Store at room temperature to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain.
